MYCROCORE CIA630 is an acrylic modified elastomeric waterproofing system for exterior horizontal & vertical surface. It is 1K acrylic based liquid membrane, ease in application directly apply with brush/roller. It has excellent properties to withstand pressure up to 3 bars on vertical surface & 5 bars of positive waterproofing pressure on horizontal surface

Applications

  • ➢ Cleaning and surface preparation: Clean all the surface to the sound base which is to be treated with MYCROCORE CIA630 advanced. Remove dust, oil, laitance any other chemicals oil etc.
  • ➢ Crack filling: Fill the cracks if present on the substrate with MYCROSEAL Exterior properly.
  • ➢ Mix MYCROSIL+ with water in 1:20 and spray over the surface & allowed to dry for 3 hrs.
  • ➢ Mycroprime: Priming of the substrate must be done with MYCROPRIME because priming the surface before waterproofing will provide better adhesion to the substrate and increase durability of waterproofing system.

MYCROEM – CIAW7770

MYCRO-EM – CIAW7770 is a two-component acrylic polymer modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane which consists of MYCRO - EM powder and PU - acrylic emulsion. MYCRO - EM powder consists of specially selected cements, graded hardwearing aggregates and additives supplied in powder.

MYCROREFLECTS (TOP COAT) is an elastomeric single compound acrylic base UV protected waterproof coating. It contains brilliant white pigments and heat reflective ceramic spheres which gives the product heat reflective and insulating properties. Applications

  • ➢ Apply one coat of MYCROREFLECTS using roller or spray and let it dry overnight.
  • ➢ On the corners, and joints and around pipes, apply one more coat of MYCROREFLECTS and embed a layer of MYCROFIBER reinforcement mesh (should be embedded when the MYCROREFLECTS layer is wet). Allow it to dry overnight.
  • ➢ Apply the second coat of MYCROREFLECTS as final coat, perpendicular to the first coat, applying each coat at right angles to each other. Allow it to dry overnight.
  • ➢ Ensure that application operation is continuous to avoid dry edges.

Applications

  • ➢ Surface Preparation: Surface need to be cleaned by wire brushing followed by vacuum cleaning so that surface is free of any loose particles, dust, laitance, mould release agents and curing compounds. All cracks to be treated with MYCROSEAL – EXT modified mortar. Surface is allowed to self-cure for 24 hours. Ensure the moisture content of the surface is below 5% before Priming.
  • ➢ Fillet preparation: Horizontal and vertical angle joints need to be prepared with 50x50 mm concave fillet using concrete admixed with MYCROPROOF – AW+.

MYCROGUARD RCC Tank is a two-component coating for the moisture & dam proofing treatments of water tanks with anti-microbial anti-fungal properties. It has excellent water resistance, adhesion to concrete surface, has good hardness and sets faster.

Applications

  • ➢ Preparation: All the surfaces which are to receive MYCROGUARD - RCC, must be free from oil, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign matter which might affect adhesion. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with Renderoc System.
  • ➢ Mixing MYCROGUARD - RCC liquid is poured into a plastic or metal drum. To this, an equal volume of clean fresh water is added, for brush application consistency. Then mixing is started with a slow speed drill (350-450 rpm). The powder component is added gradually to the liquid avoiding lump formation and mixed for 2-4 minutes.

  • ➢ Step 3: In case of persistent dampness problem, apply second coat waterproofing MYCROSHIELD – TEX advanced brush/roller
  • ➢ Allow it to dry for minimum 24 hours before proceeding for painting

MYCROROOF – RAIN SHIELD

MYCROROOF - RAIN SHIELD is a fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane. It is formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers and reinforcing synthetic fibers. Upon curing, it forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane thus offering ultimate waterproofing.

Applications

  • ➢ New masonry surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. It is recommended to allow 28 days as the curing time for new masonry surfaces. The roof must have a positive slope/ drainage system to avoid water ponding at places.
  • ➢ Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. Remove all existing bitumen coatings completely. It is recommended to use Intense wire brushing, High speed water jet and a vacuum cleaner for thorough cleaning of the surface to avoid "Peeling off" problems.

Applications

  • ➢ The existing membrane must have sufficient adhesion to the roof. The surfaces must be clean, dry, free of stripping agents, oil, grease, silanes, salts, silicone, siloxanes and other chemicals which could cause poor adhesion.
  • ➢ All surfaces to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned by conventional methods. For confirmation of adequate preparation carry out a pre-trial.
  • ➢ MYCROEPDM Primer is applied either by brush, roller, or airless spray application. This primer will require one generous coat with the goal of maximizing adhesion

Applications

  • ➢ Surface preparation: The surface must be free of any oils, moisture, rust scale, soil or other contaminates that may interfere with good adhesion. Remove any loose material from seams or other surfaces with a wire brush or scraper. Oil and grease should also be removed with solvents or an appropriate detergent cleaner. In many cases high pressure water blast will be sufficient to prepare the surface.
  • ➢ Application temperatures: For best results, the temperature of the ambient air and the substrate should be within a range of 15 -35 0C. For best spray application, the product should be at a minimum of 15 0C. Lower temperatures can be utilized for brush applications.
  • ➢ Application methods: MYCROEP-COAT can be applied by brush, spray or roller. Best results can be obtained with airless spray equipment.
